WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN THE CANDIDATES WHILE HIRING?
To maintain our already built reputation, we have a thorough process of choosing a barber for our shop. Our goal is to ensure that our customers leave happy and content with our shop, and this is only possible if we have the staff to make them happy and satisfied.
Our priorities are the full-time barbers skilled enough to perform various haircuts with scissors, clippers, and blades. Moreover, they should also have experience and proper training in performing hot towel shaves, beard trim/shaves, and shampooing/conditioning hair. Therefore, we prefer hiring people who have at least one year of experience in the respective field and are skilled enough to do the job right.
